Content licence

Anything you upload (photos, briefs, palette references) belongs to you. Bloomly only processes it to render your designs and reels.

Bloomly grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to download, modify and use Bloomly-generated designs and reels for personal use and to brief a real florist. Commercial re-distribution as standalone stock content (e.g. selling a Bloomly reel as a stock asset) is not permitted without written permission.

Attribution is appreciated but not required. If you do credit Bloomly, please link to kpsellect.com.

Cleveland Hassell Florist, Inc. retains all rights in the Bloomly platform, the inference pipeline, the user interface, and any aggregated, de-identified data used to improve service quality.

If your account is terminated for breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use, the licence to outputs continues for outputs already generated before termination, unless those outputs themselves violated the Terms.
