Acceptable use

What Bloomly will gladly do, and what it will not.

Bloomly is a small studio. We hold ourselves to high standards and we ask the same of you. This policy explains the things you must not use Bloomly to do.

01 · Allergy and pet-toxicity safety

Many flowers are toxic to pets — especially cats. Lilies (Lilium and Hemerocallis spp.), hyacinths, oleanders, foxgloves, and certain members of the arum family can be fatal in even small amounts.

Some flora is strongly allergenic for people with hayfever or asthma — high-pollen flora, certain lilies, daisies and ragweed relatives.

Bloomly flags both categories on every brief where possible. You agree not to misrepresent Bloomly content as professional medical or veterinary advice.

02 · Protected and restricted plants

Do not use Bloomly to plan the harvest of plants that are protected under your country's laws or under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES). When in doubt, ask a local botanical authority or support@kpsellect.com.

03 · No impersonation

Do not use Bloomly to imitate a real florist, floral studio, wedding planner or brand by name in a way that could mislead customers. Bloomly briefs may reference real shops as "inspiration" only — not as an endorsement.

04 · No unauthorised event briefs

Do not use Bloomly to plan or claim authority over weddings, funerals or other ceremonies for which you are not authorised. The legally responsible party for any real-world event is whoever signs the contract — not Bloomly.

05 · No prohibited content

Do not use Bloomly to generate sexual content involving minors; content depicting non-consensual or violent acts; content that promotes self-harm; content used to harass identifiable people; or content that violates intellectual-property rights. Stripe's restricted-businesses policy and U.S. export controls also apply.

06 · Account abuse

Do not share accounts; do not run automated scripts to multiply credits; do not attempt to reverse-engineer the inference pipeline. We monitor for unusual activity and may suspend accounts that exhibit it.

07 · Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please email support@kpsellect.com. Reports are confidential.
